Drip Closet Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email support@dripcloset.net with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back.

An $8 return shipping fee applies. It will be deducted from the refund or store credit, or charged separately when applicable.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email support@dripcloset.net with your order number and the item and size you would like instead. Our team will provide instructions. An $8 exchange shipping fee applies and may be deducted from any applicable credit or charged separately.

Refunds

When emailing to request a refund, include your order number and the payment method used at checkout.

Approved refunds for orders paid with Shop Pay Installments will be issued back through that payment method. For orders paid using other methods, approved refunds will be issued as store credit. The $8 return shipping fee applies.

Approved refunds or store credit are processed within 10 business days. If you have not received an update after 15 business days from approval, contact support@dripcloset.net.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Personalized or custom items
* Personal care products
* Perishable or hazardous items
* Sale items and gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@dripcloset.net with your order details so we can help resolve the issue.
