Return Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience smooth, but please review the following policies regarding returns and exchanges:

1.  Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days from delivery
  • To initiate, contact customer support at support@dripcloset.net

2.  Store Credit or Exchange Only

  • Returns are eligible for:
    • Store credit, or
    • Exchange (same item or equivalent value)
  • Only the item price is covered
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees
  • Exception: If the item was incorrect or mispacked, we will cover shipping

4. Incorrect or Mispacked Items

  • Report within 5 days of receiving your order
  • Contact support@dripcloset.net for assistance
  • We will:
    • Provide a return shipping label
    • Cover return shipping costs
    • Reship the correct item (if available), or
    • Issue a full refund if unavailable
  •  Mispacked items cannot be returned to physical stores

5. Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)

  • Items ordered more than 7 days ago
  • Items purchased using store credit
  • Items no longer available for sale
  • Items purchased from physical stores (final sale)

6. Return Timeline

  • Approved returns must be shipped and received within 10 days
  • Failure to meet this timeline will result in cancellation of return authorization

7.  Additional Steps

  • After shipping your return, email your tracking number to:
    support@dripcloset.net
  • This ensures faster processing of:
    • Store credit
    • Exchange
    • Refund (if applicable)

8. Important Notes

  • Report incorrect or mispacked items within 5 days
  • Return shipping is covered only for incorrect items
  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
  • Additional limitations may apply depending on the case
