Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Destinations

Drip Closet currently ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country and local regulations.

United States

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 Business Days (when available)

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 Business Days
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance, local postal services, and destination country requirements.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Drip Closet is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Drip Closet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@dripcloset.net. We will make reasonable efforts to update the information before the order is shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

Drip Closet is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier-related delays
  • Weather-related shipping disruptions
  • Customs delays

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a carrier investigation.

High-Demand and Limited Release Items

Certain premium and limited-release products may require additional verification and authentication procedures before shipment. These orders may require additional processing time to ensure product authenticity and quality.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
